At Bigfoot Surfboards, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
New, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
Due to the nature of wakesurf boards and the potential for damage after use, wakesurf boards may only be returned if they are:
Boards that have been ridden, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Apparel, hats, stickers, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
