Bigfoot Surfboards Return Policy

At Bigfoot Surfboards, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

New, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

Wakesurf Boards

Due to the nature of wakesurf boards and the potential for damage after use, wakesurf boards may only be returned if they are:

  • Unused and in new condition 
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery 
  • Free from any signs of use, water exposure, wax, scratches, dings, or modifications 

Boards that have been ridden, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Apparel & Accessories

Apparel, hats, stickers, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used wakesurf boards 
  • Custom or personalized products 
  • Clearance or final sale items 
  • Gift cards 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
