Warranty

The Bigfoot surfboard warrants the surfboard to be free from defect in materials and workmanship when purchased for on water recreational purposes only for a period of 90 day from the purchase date with the original verifiable sales receipt. 

Only the original purchaser is covered. The warranty is non-transferable

Customer must contact Bigfoot surfboards via email at customerservice@bigfootsurfboards.com  and receive a return authorization number by providing pictures of the defect and the original sales receipt. If approved, customer will be sent directions to return the board for a warranty claim and customer must pay shipping charges. Bigfoot surfboards reserves the right to deny any warranty claim. 

If the product contains a defect in materials or workmanship, Bigfoot surfboards will repair or replace any defective part or, at it’s option, replace the entire wake surfboard at no charge. Customer must pay shipping charges. If Bigfoot surfboards determines the wake surfboard does not meet the warranty requirements Bigfoot surfboards will determine the cost to repair or the customer will be given the option to pay the shipping charges to return the wake surf board.

Damage, failure or malfunction of the wake surfboard caused by (1) normal wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, nicks and fading from normal use. (2) using the wakesurf board commercially as a rental wakesurf board, for instructional purposes, at short term rentals, at a camp, as a demonstration wakesurf board. (3) abuse or misuse, including but not limited to use of the product contrary to the written instructions, collisions with objects, use of rails or sliders, dragging the wakesurf board across the ground, docks or other hard surfaces. (4) improper storage or use leading to scratches, nicks, fractures or other deformities or discoloration from the sun (5) modifying the wakesurf board or altering the wakesurf board. (6) use of the wakesurf board with accessories or parts not associated with Bigfoot surfboards including attaching fins, bindings, cutting and reshaping the wakesurf board (7) tow rope handle striking the wakesurf board (8) incidental and consequential damages

Bigfoot surfboards LLC does not extend any written or  implied warranties other than described herein. 

Your rights under your state law: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
